1. The Service

GraftAI UK provides an AI-powered lead response and qualification service for UK tradespeople. This includes automated messaging via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and website chat, plus lead notifications delivered to your phone.

2. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial period, your account will be paused — we will contact you to set up a subscription before any charges are applied. You will never be charged without explicit consent.

3. Subscriptions & Fees

Paid subscriptions are available on the following basis:

• Monthly subscription fees as displayed on our pricing page at the time of sign-up
• A one-off setup fee applies (displayed on the pricing page) to cover AI training and channel configuration
• Prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT where applicable
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@graftai.uk. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during sign-up and onboarding
• Use the service only for lawful business purposes
• Not use the service to send spam or misleading communications to customers
• Comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy and any other platform terms applicable to channels you use

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party platforms (e.g. WhatsApp, Facebook, Twilio) or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual Property

All GraftAI UK branding, software, and content is owned by or licensed to GraftAI UK. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our service or materials without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, GraftAI UK's liability for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the total fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms
